The current activities are supported by various institutions:

Ministry of Science, Research and Arts Baden-Württemberg

The project Danube universities, especially the working groups, gender equality projects and other events will be funded within the framework of the programme “Strengthening the contribution of science to sustainable development”  of  the Ministry of Science, Research and Arts Baden-Württemberg.

Baden-Württemberg Stiftung

The Green Waves Summer Academies as well as excellence scholarships are supported by the Baden-Württemberg Stiftung.

  • Baden-Württemberg-STIPENDIUM for University Students
    With the Baden-Württemberg-STIPENDIUM for University Students the Baden-Württemberg Stiftung enables some 1,200 students a year from all over the world to study in a foreign country for a period of three to eleven months. The objective of the Baden-Württemberg-STIPENDIUM for University Students is to promote the international exchange of highly qualified German and foreign students. The scholarships are divided equally between applicants from Baden-Württemberg and from abroad.

  • Baden-Württemberg-STIPENDIUM for University Students – BWS plus:
    With the Baden-Württemberg-STIPENDIUM for University Students – BWS plus, the Baden-Württemberg Stiftung supports innovative cooperation of Baden-Württemberg universities. The programme is endowed with approx. 800,000 euros per year. In the five tendering rounds from 2011 to 2015, so far 43 projects have been implemented.

The Green motions Summer Academy 2014 was funded by the German Academic Exchange Service within the framework of the ERASMUS Intensive programmes (IP) which has meanwhile run out.
